In my role as a Product Manager at Allianz Partners, I led initiatives for a direct-to-consumer travel insurance platform that spanned both web and mobile. It was here that I designed a pricing architecture that enhanced our customer engagement. One of my proudest moments was seeing our efforts lead to an impressive 20% increase in payment completion. This experience taught me how critical it is to align cross-functional teams around a common vision.
I also spent time at DIRECTV where I built forecasting models that improved our revenue predictions by 10%. Collaborating closely with engineering teams allowed us to launch several successful products that truly resonated with our audience.
Currently, I'm consulting for Ligas Flex LLC on their subscription-based sports league platform — combining my love for sports with my passion for product management.
